Personal data we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to send: your name, email address, subject and message. We may also receive basic technical information needed to deliver the message, such as your IP address, browser information and the date and time of submission.
Why we use your data
We use your personal data only to read your request, respond to you and, when relevant, discuss a possible collaboration or service enquiry.
The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep your data
Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and follow up on the conversation. As a practical rule, non-client enquiries are usually deleted within 12 months unless a longer retention period is required for legal, accounting or legitimate business reasons.
Who receives your data
Your data is not sold. It may be processed by technical providers needed to operate the website, hosting, WordPress, security and email delivery services. Contact form emails are sent via the LWS SMTP/email service. These providers process data only for technical and operational purposes.
Cookies and external services
The website currently uses a technical server cookie named server_name_session. It is used for server/session functionality, is HttpOnly and expires after approximately 24 hours. This cookie is necessary for the technical operation of the website and does not require marketing consent.
The website loads Google Fonts from Google servers to display typography. When this happens, your browser may contact Google infrastructure. The website also contains a link to LinkedIn; LinkedIn may process data if you click that link and visit their platform.
No analytics, advertising pixels, embedded videos, maps or marketing trackers are intentionally used at this time.

Under the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
